Here’s why bitcoin could stabilize near $65,000
Bitcoin (BTC) has rebounded from recent lows to trade above $65,000, a level that marks a significant concentration of open interest in both call and put options, making it a structurally crucial zone for the market, according to analytics firm Glassnode.
This means dealer hedging flows are more likely to support stability. Market makers adjusting their positions to control risk often produce a natural stabilizing effect around this cluster.
After a period of heightened volatility, this dynamic can help the market consolidate and limit sharp price swings.
"When price moves into these zones, dealer hedging flows can become more supportive, helping to stabilize the market following a period of elevated volatility," Glassnode stated on X.
